Check-In Office
The Brigantine Quarters check-in facility is conveniently located at the SunQuest Property Group office just outside of Shipyard Plantation.
We are located inside the office plaza next to TD Bank.
The SunQuest Property Group office is open at 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM on Saturdays for check-in and arrival packet pickup. You will not be able to access your unit till 4:00 PM.
SunQuest Property Group office hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM – Saturday 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM and our offices are closed on Sunday.

Check-In Information
~ Arrival Packet pickup time is 3:30 PM, Unit check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. If you are leaving prior to Saturday, please advise the office.
~ Credit card information for a security deposit is required at check-in or prior to check-in from any guest checking in that is not listed on the deed as an owner of Brigantine Quarters. All major credit cards are accepted.
~ Please be mindful that between 10:00 AM & 3:00 PM the units need to be cleaned and prepped by housekeeping and maintenance to prepare for the next occupant. This time provided is not long, therefore delays in checkout or early check-ins cannot be allowed.
